Housing Development And Infrastructure Limited had informed the Exchange regarding recommendation of the Board of Directors to issue Bonus shares in the Ratio of two shares for every seven shares by the Company subject to approval of the shareholders at the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on July 21, 2008. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on July 21, 2008 have approved the issue of Bonus shares. Accordingly, it is decided to fix August 22, 2008 as the Record date for issuing the Bonus shares to the shareholders holding shares as on the Record Date. Further, the Company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of the resolutions passed in the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company held on July 21, 2008. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
