Ecoboard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Board has recommended Dividend @ 1% to the preference shareholders.

2. Board has recommended dividend @ 10% to the equity shareholders.

3. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. V P Rane on audit committee of the Company.
