Tvs Electronics Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 22, 2008 has recommended payment of dividend @ Re.1.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2008 on equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid. Further the Register of Members will remain closed from August 21, 2008 to September 05, 2008 (both days inclusive) and the Annual General Meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on September 05, 2008. Further the Financial highlights for the year ended March 31, 2008 shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
