Dhanalakshmi Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. P S Prasad, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank has submitted his resignation, which has been approved by the Board on July 02, 2008.

Mr. P S Prasad will be relieved from the services of the Bank at the close of business hours on August 14, 2008.
