The Promoters have made sure, both by pricing at 110 and by making very elaborate announcements about risk factors, that the retail investors are kept away from applying. They have made arrangement that they will buy all unsubscribed portion. Their intention is clear. They only want to utilize their own money via this Rights issue. Their proportionate ownership in the expanded company will significantly increase. I find it senseless for retail investors to apply for Rights issue at 110 when CMP is 106....
