JD Orgochem Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have unanimously approved the following:

1. Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date.

2. Re-appointment of Shri. Umesh T Chandan, a Director of the Company retiring by rotation.

3. Appointment of M/s. Maganlal and Ajay Mehta, as Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of the meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.

4. Appointment of Shri. Lalit Chaudhary as a Director of the Company....
