Amtek India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2008, inter-alia, to approve and take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2008 and to consider the scheme of restructuring with group companies.
