Hi, I am a novice stock analyst and portfolio designer. Although, i have attended numerous seminars, read many books on the related subject and helped many of my clients in earning decent profits, i feel there is no one who can claim to be perfect in the arena of investing and perfect analysis. Perfection and perception is merely relative terms. None is perfect. If someone claims so, its due to his ignorance and irrational thought.
What I want to say is " If someone is born after dawn and dies the same day before dusk, he may not see the darkness. Else everyone is bound to face the darker side of this brighter world". On the same note, those who want to trade in equities or invest in instruments directly or indirectly related to the stock market, may not always enjoy reaping the profits. One should be prepared to book a certain percentage of loss if time demands. After all the degree of enjoyment is proportional to the degree of past suffering. We should not desire more than what we deserve and what our destiny has kept for us.No one has ever come out of a Cocaine den without a bleeding nose.
Before investment, all it needs on the part of an investor is a good adviser, own sincerity and patience, last but not the least LUCK.
Thanks All. Happy Investing.

dear mohanji,
its good that you are in cash and should be smiling with courage. markets are nearing its bottom. you can start building your portfolio gradually. select good stocks with good fundamentals and accumulate. My personal view is that you can deploy 50% of your cash at present levels.

dear LMA,
almost eroded. but still some hard soil has been loosened today which will be washed out soon. its all about weakening sentiment.
you have done a good job. At least you should have kept 25% cash for further dips which is most likely possible in coming days till the market finds ground for a leap.
