i am visiting the visa mboard for the first time.
I think it's better to enter in SAIL at this moment,if any body wants to enter the steel zone.

Visa Steel Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act,1956 ("the Act") read with the Companies (Passing of Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules 2001, that seeking shareholders consent for Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008 ("ESOP Scheme") and granting of options thereunder to Employees of the Company, is proposed to be passed as Special Resolution, by way of Postal Ballot. The Board has appointed Mr.Manoj Kumar Banthia, Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
