Pacific Cotspin Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the shareholders of the Company convened on May 09, 2008 as per the order of the Hon'ble High Court at Kolkata dated, April 07, 2008, the resolution relating to Demerger of Unit II of Pacific Cotspin Ltd to Leeds Industries Ltd under the scheme of arrangement between Pacific Cotspin Ltd, Leeds Industries Ltd and their Equity Shareholders, was passed unanimously.
