Supreme Industries Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 04, 2008 has decided to close the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company from October 07, 2008 to October 14, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Dividend @ 45% i.e. Rs. 4.50 (Rupees Four and Fifty paise) per Equity Share....
