Panasonic Carbon India Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2008, has taken the following changes in Directorships of the Company:

1. Resignations of Mr. Haruhiko Ogami and Mr. M Watanabe from their Directorships of the Company had been accepted, effective July 24, 2008.

2. Consequent to this the appointment of Mr. Haruo Uchida as Director and Wholetime Director (Finance) and Mr. S K Khurana as Director were also accepted by the Board effective July 24, 2008....
