sorry the dividend is not Rs.30/- but Rs.15/- (750% on face value of Rs.2)....

I doubt as the company has given a bonus issue of redeemablae debentures in Dec07/Jan08 in the ratio of 1 debenture againsst 1 share which has a face value of Rs.25/- and the same is redeemable in Jan 08 and if the company intended to issue bonus it could have done that time.The company definitely is sound but bonus issue seems a bit optimistic considering the company giving liberal dividend of Rs.30/- per share......
