Selling at these prices is suicidal even if the funds are leveraged. If you can keep a horiz0n of one year you will recover your money and may be earn some profit.I am not an astrologer but I have a sense of the events which will trigger the recovery. Ruias are not a bad managenent but they will follow the revenue model which will be on a significant upside by 2010 but stock market will factor this by sept 2009. However retracement to 350 can start even earler when the interest rates start falling by Jan 2009 and the stock can ride on recovery of realty stocks. Waiting is meditation. Meditate and all will be well....

THere is never a proof in share market my dear,and if there is one then it is insider trading. I do not agree nor disagree that share can cross to 300 because that is possible and long awaited.But the message instead of being instructive can be descriptive to understand the price movement.This share is a good investment but benefeciaries now are the management , we have to wait before the rain gods smile on us.One day the saints and ordinary men all have to die. On this universal and philosophical note keep your hopes....

There is a article in Bombay times on Phoenix Mills Mall at Lower Parel.Please read and comment,as from this article it appears that Management wants to make it known what they are doing. But the share price is at variance despite public stake being below 10% the price is down basically because management is playing games at the price of share holders....

I agree with you.I have been reading many assurances on this msg board but the srock continues to underperform. Whenever there is a msg not to sell, the stock falls in a tizzy. Morover the target of 3 times from 400 level is now being projected at 300,this itself is derating of the stock.Management is only playing with the stock for reasons known to them. So hibernate and if news of crossing 300 comes true this will be an exception and not routine behaviour of this stock...
