It will be good if you do not provide any more ratio`s involving Book Value till you read & assimilate the company`s announcements on BSE dated 1st & 23rd Dec 2009 (Reserves & part of share capital is being written down).
However if you can explain the business model of the company in detail it will be really helpful. What will be the revenues & expenses for a typical school , and how is the company raising the capital to start these schools - now that will be very helpful to know....

Usha Martin Education is available at great discount to its peers in terms of Price to Book Value.
Usha Marin is trading P/BV around 1 - 1.4, whereas Educomp, edserv etc are trading anywhere between 9 - 18 times.

this stock seems to have been heavily shorted...only a short covering rally can see an aggressive spike up on this share, but no one knows when that would happen...this share will definately go up, but at the moment, its trend clearly shows that its on its way down (i may be wrong)...the best would be to accumulate it at every Rs.5 dip...lets keep our fingers crossed......

Some of the boarders here think, they can stop or change the trend of a share price by just screaming buy.. buy... or sell.. sell....
I wud suggest just mention something concrete or confirmed news or other fundamentals like market share, pricing, export trends, yarn production, cotton production, major investments, operators involved, FII/MF investment, private placements..
Thanks to some of the boarders (who are already stuck in this scrip) screaming buy.. buy.. thr r enuf number of other small investors who are caught in this scrip......
