Dear Friends, When the IPO was in the midst of subscription, unfortunately an adverse news flow made rounds that the company hid a pending litigation case from the investors. Suddenly the investors pulled from subscribing to this issue. Those who had already applied were given a record date to withdraw their money if they so desired. Despite this, the issue did well on the listing day. The company is mainly concentrated in and around Pune based projects. They have good order book for at least 3 years. Of late, they are spreading their business in other states too. At current price, it is very much attractive to buy. Even if it goes below Rs.100 mark, good to accumulate. P H GHATIKAR
