This is not the time to look for low performing and low value counters. Look for low value high performing counters say MANGALORE REFINERIES- good at 45.00 . BONGAI good at 45.00 after a divide...

more informed is most dangerous. It is better you keep your shares away from your view for another one more year. Then i am sure you will succeed...
