Worst yet to come for real estate sector. Look at how bad is US home real estate market. USA market is much more matured than Indian real estate market. RBI will take strong rate action to tackle...

Any justification for your call? Or you simply do not like this company? It is good strategy to buy when inflation is 7%. But problem is you cannot get stock at this price when inflation is 7%...

get out soon from this stock it wil touch new bottoms..if nifty is down 2% this stock wil come down 6% to 7%...if there is a rally it wil not move up much because of interest rate hike,inflation ...

hi all... dont panic i have 800 share of koltepatil at avg price of 84rs...its a nice stock 4 long run....but for a short term its has lots of bad news yet 2 come....see rate hike 2 control infla...
