Creative Eye Ltd. has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30,2008 (taken on record by the Board of the directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008) that the "The Company had raised a sum of Rs. 25.22 crores through IPO proceeds out of which Rs.14.04 crores have been utilised till June 30, 2008 for the purpose as disclosed in the offer document and the surplus funds are currently invested in fixed deposits with Nationalised Banks and Mutual Funds"....
