At max we can ask people to do for smart position sizing via averaging down in a sever fall based on their own fair value . Congress has ruled the country virtually for 50 yesrs after indipendence 62 years ago and want to have all the credits and should not be blamed for the wrongs that have happened all these years.

Congress just wanted to be in power - by hook or croocks.
1. Every one know how congress got support from the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha to remain in power.
2. Congress got support from Left whose policies are just opposite to that of all other political parties.
3. Took support from Mayawati and Mulayam Singh when wanted.
JUST TO REMAIN IN POWER.

They are just opportunists, nothing else.

If the centre wants, cant they stop Mayawati from the wastage of Public Money by putting statues.
