Dear w.sharekhoj.kom, The Long target of Reliance as per you is 2155+ . what does this mean. 2200, 2900, 9000 etc are all 2155+, be price when you post especially time frames and targets. No one will "SUE" you if you get them wrong. Atleast present them without any ambiguity.
Now what all I have been saying in many of my RELIANCE posts is that the best of RIL is finished. It can bounce to 2300-2700 and again it will be a range bound stock unless there is a demerger in the stock.
Hope its clear now. If you differ with my opinion and have patience for 3-4 years and see for yourself what the stock will do. There are numerous stock in BSE/NSE which will outperform that phenomenally.
Just to give an example of PRAJ INDUSTRIES. In the last 5 years RIL has appreciated by '5' times unlike PRAJ industries which has appreciate by '55' times. So imagine how many times it has outperformed RIL. If we compare with INDEX stocks itself, L&T has appreciated by '20' time. That is the underperformance of RIL. Now in the future there will be INFRA boom and stocks like L&T, BHEL will outperform RIL by many times. Good Luck

Will it test the 52 week low and go down further. Should one short on this, rpeferably naked short. And short in the morning and square in the evening till it touches 125 or lower. Please advice.

That is correct. When there is fear of capital erosion, no one wants to by because they will expect it to be bought at 120. Same logic again. When @ 120, they want it at 90 and so on and on. When the bottom forms, the quality stocks like bartronics go up by couple of 20% circuits and the same people who wanted to buy at 120-140, will have ego that they could not buy at 90 and they would want to buy in correction again when it comes next time and they just remain spectators.
As you pointed out, smart money will keep adding appropriately and get good average price and hold for long term and thats how they reap long term capital gains.
