Godrej Consumer Products Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated September 05, 2008 that "Today the Honble High Court of Judicature, Bombay has approved the petition filed by the Company for utilization of Securities Premium Account for adjusting the Intangibles - Trade Marks and Brands (subject to Deferred Tax adjustment, if any) in accordance with provisions of Section 78 read with Section 100 to 103 and other applicable provisions of the Act"....
