A chor is a chor. 2 crore or 513 crore. Reliance is a corporate pariah and no one in his right frame of mind would like to be bracketed in the same group with Reliance, except corrupt babus and netas and b*****s like you.

As regards the fall in nifty, its falling coz i said so. Check my earlier messages. Instead of putting out gutter class messages in support of Reliance, trade as per my advise. You will be in profit....

iinvestr - There is no admission of guilt. There is a provision of settlement. The total violation could be Rs 513 however 75% of the market shares were treasury stocks held by RIL so the violation, if any, is much less. According to some calculations the matter could be settled for Rs 2 crores or there-abouts.

You may however take it as a figure of Rs 513 crores in your calculations as a safe investor.

I certainly don`t like your reference and the CHEAT word more than 1000 times. It is indeed a very CHILDISH remark which we used freely in school days.

Cheated whom? Most probabaly another gandg of cheats buying and selling RPL shares well above Rs 200 per share.

Nearly 100% of this market is traded by cheats. NIFTY crashing today without any reason. Shortterm and intraday traders must be massacred today.

If some of you spreading baseless and false rumours and allegations against RIL and are not worried about the market today it does indicate that you are not investors in this market and are just on this board to have some dangerous and deadly fun.

Prove yourselves!...

If delivery is above 50% till date and yesterday delivery was 83%,it indicate that the share is being accumulated by long term investors whether small or HNI. Baba, You are absolutely right, I am certain about one thing, that there is going to be some news flow may be before Dec 15th or so. Pure conjecture nothing beyond it. If something doesnt happen around that time or a little later, the new born will have to be a still born and the mothers existence itself will be at stake....

StockHunter:
I answer this question with much skepticism.. as the highest venkys has reached (from 2005 till date) is 288 in Jan 2008.

That having been said we should look at the fundamentals of the company and market outlook.

Market Outlook: Prices of agro commodities have jumped increasing the prices for vegetables and Poultry feed.

Earning potential of individuals specially middleclasses have improved substancially.

Poultry prices and prices of eggs have also increased..but we havent seen an increase in the prices of poultry companies such as venkys.
Considering the impending OIL crisis and increase in prices of fertilisers I expect the rise in prices to be a permanent feature and hence the top line and bottomline of Venkys should/will also reflect the increase.
========================
Venkys Market Cap: 212Cr
Sales 12 Trailing Months(TTM): 634Cr
Net Profits TTM: 33.96Cr
Gross Profits TTM: 59.7Cr
Taxes TTM: 16.93Cr
========================
Venkys is labelled as a Non Vegetarian stock which makes the gujrati and other veggie lovers to shun the stock..

Ideally a company of venkys commanding stature in Poultry industry (Dr BV Rao was honoured with Padmashree) should get a higher multiple but due to the apathy of the investing public(veggie lovers)the stock languishes..

Also the promoters are not agressive promoters of their company.

Ideally the stock should quote at Minimum 10 times it net profit: 339 Cr
OR at the higher level 10 times its gross profits: 597Cr
==================================
I see higher potential for Venkys
1. As the company is a safe bet with leadership position.
2. Financials are great(credit rating)
3. Promoters have increased stake to more than 50%
=================================
It is close to its lifetime (5 year highs) but looks like it is all set to break those levels.. I expect Ideally the stock to reach a market cap of atleast 300Cr ie a 50% gain from these levels..

=happy investing

by agreeing to settle with SEBI outside court by paying compensation to the affected people, in RPL inside trading charges. As they are scared otherwise it will expose them to a scale they have not bargained for and lead to much bigger scandal. It once again proves that Reliance is nothing but a company of cheats.
