Vipul Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has been granted an extension of 3 months for holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year ended March 31, 2008, by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, NCT Delhi & Haryana vide its order dated September 03, 2008. The extension is granted in view of the ongoing merger proposal of its six wholly owned subsidiaries with the Company and accordingly the Company shall hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for year ended March 31, 2008 within the extended time period i.e. December 31, 2008....
