Ismt Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on September 29, 2008, the following Resolutions were passed: A) Ordinary Business: 1) Final Dividend of 10% (excluding Interim Dividend of 10% declared by the Board in November 27, 2007) for the financial year 2007-08 was approved. 2) Mr. O P Kakkar, Mr. J P Sureka and Mr. Salil Taneja have been respectively re-appointed as Director liable to retire by rotation. 3) M/s. P G Bhagwat and M/s. J K Shah & Co. Chartered Accountants have been appointed as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company. This is definitely a good stock to buy, but patience is must in this counter, once +ve news flow starts this stock will zoom, they have long term capacity expansion plans and with Good EPS. However all steel co's have taken a beating, leaders like sesagoa, tata steel are beaten down, this wont be spared and the up-trend will start only after the big ones move. But this price is good and it can have upto 10 - 20 % downside depending on mkt conditions but upside is unlimited when Bull mkt resumes...

Is ISMT a good buy with a PE of under 6 and BV close to Rs. 40? What are the medium & long term potentials of this counter?
