JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Profit and Loss account for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the Balance Sheet as at that date together with the Report of the Board of Directors and the Auditors.

2. Mr. P Vanamali & Mr. Naveen Breja who retired by rotation and offered their self for reappointment was reappointed as the Directors of the Company.

3. M/s. Haribhakti & Co., Chartered Accountants were reappointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company and the power of fixation of remuneration was delegated to the Board of Directors of the Company....
