Court`s Hearing Postponed Till Sept 1.
Out of 6 points raised 5 were in favour of RNRL...Seems it will come up soon...110+ till August 28.
First I was Bullish on RIL now I have changed my Mind to RNRL...this is gold stock,.....Buy today...i dont know Future and Options ...but have heard many brokers telling Options of 105 call is the best option now....

There has been an interesting shift in stance of RNRL. RNRL counsel told the bench that they are willing to trade in gas for three years, till their plant comes up. It means that RNRL is asking for gas from Krishna-Godavari basin, or KG Basin for three years for trading in it and after their plant comes up then they will use it for captive consumption. So this is an immediate change in stance because earlier they were not talking about trading.



The bench was a little surprised seeing at the sudden change in stance. It questioned RNRL asking them that “Is your plant going to be ready till the time the gas is going to come to you.” RNRL counsel responded saying that even if the Dadri plant doesn’t comes up, there are other additional plants, which are idle and the gas can be utilized there.



Secondly there has been an official statement on behalf of Anil Ambani by one of the RNRL counsel, that Anil Ambani is ready to renegotiate with his brother to resolve the conflict around the suitable arrangement clause of this case.



Thirdly RNRL counsel Ram Jethmalani has also gone on to say very emphatically that the government is corrupt, it has come up with agreements with other private parties for RIL and that RNRL in this entire bargain and has got an unfair deal.



So the bench will wait to watch of how RIL responses this, as of now the bench is very clear that in terms of gas supply, RNRL counsel has to make it very clear what the status of their plans are. So it has been little bit of a fuzzy response from them in terms of status of the gas plans but the bench still remains undecided. Also, they are interested with the sudden general stance and we have to wait and see what the RIL counsel says.



The RIL-RNRL case hearing has been adjourned to September 1.
