Dredging Corporation Of India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 09, 2008 to September 29, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the members and beneficial holders who are eligible for payment of final dividend on approval by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29,2008. The Board of Directors recommended dividend of 150% (one hundred and fifty percent only) (including 75% interim dividend paid in February - March 2008) amounting to Rs. 15/- (Rupees fifteen only) per equity share of Rs.10/- each. The net amount of final dividend payable would be Rs. 7.50/- (Seven rupees and fifty paise only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each....

Hold, if you have the patience. Average, if possible at 420 levels. 2years from now, this stock should trade at 2000 levels....
