Hello everybody,

Reliance target in the medium term is Rs:1600/- because of the foll reasons:

1. Reliance (RIL) is running out of working capital. Goldman Sachs is coming out with the rating which is going to downgrade reliance Industries soon.

2. RPL (Reliance Petro) is facing stiff competition in the international markets. Check out RPL plant. They have already test run the plant and production is started. CAIRN knows about the production as they are involved too. Nevertheless RPL is not coming out with the news to the public so far.

3. Reliance Inds share price was being held above 2000/- since long by certain market operators at the behest of the big bosses at RIL. Once the fundamental bad news starts coming out... RIL price will start plummeting.

I would say the target in the short run is Rs 1600/-.
