California Software Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2008, approved the following items amongst other matters: 1) Approved the offer and issue of 9,66,672 equity shares to persons belonging to non-promoter category on preferential basis subject to the final approval of shareholders at the Annual General meeting, scheduled to be held on August 29, 2008 and subject to regulatory approvals as applicable; 2) Approved Employees Stock Offer Plan (ESOP) subject to the final approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 29, 2008 and subject to regulatory approvals as applicable....
