Hcl Technologies Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on August 19, 2008 allotted 439,368 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, bearing distinctive No(s) 666,340,273 to 666,779,640 under the 1999, 2000 & 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the company has gone up to 666,779,640 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 133,35,59,280/-....

This company has very good potential. Because of the Hedge funding there last quater net profit was in negative. One thing sure about this company is , when indian currency further fall down against dollar. They are going to show up in revenue loss in the quaterly results because of hedge funds.
This Company fate not only on the company performance, it also based on the global factor like 1) Indian Currency against dollar
2) Oil Price shootup and inflation ....
watch out of indian currency, if it goes to Rs 40 against US dollar. according company trends..this share should be around 300....
