hi everyone..as a fellow border i have been reading some very positive messages on the board for house of pearl fashion...however i do not appreciate such information which misleads the investors hence i decided to write about house of pearl and present the actual/authentic information about it.

To start with several message reported that it is a very good stock with a PE of just 3..actually the PE is 17+ and not 3..below are the few points i would like to bring to everyone\\`s notice:

1) PE of the company is 17+ and not 3 as reported by others due to increase in the share capital from 1.48 crore to 19 crore plus. Since the management of the company is pathetic there is a high probability that the management may further increase the share capital resulting in further increase of PE. As of now actual EPS is 5.47 rupees per share.
2) the promoter\\`s stake in the company is negligible showing their confidence in company\\`s future growth potential.
3) in the last few months mututals funds have reduced their exposure in this stock from 19 lakh to 4 lakh shares.

As a result i dont see much upside for a very long term. however those who are stuck with the stcok can buy more to lower average buy price but i dont see it as a very good company due to the dishones/pathetic management.
