A BTU is the amount of heat required to increase the temperature of a pint of water (which weighs exactly 16 ounces) by one degree Fahrenheit. Since BTUs are measurements of energy consumption, they can be converted directly to kilowatt-hours (3412 BTUs = 1 kWh) or joules (1 BTU = 1,055.06 joules). A wooden kitchen match produce approximately 1 BTU, and air conditioners for household use typically produce between 5,000 and 15,000 BTU.
MBTU stands for one million BTUs, which can also be expressed as one decatherm (10 therms). MBTU is occasionally used as a standard unit of measurement for natural gas and provides a convenient basis for comparing the energy content of various grades of natural gas and other fuels. One cubic foot of natural gas produces approximately 1,000 BTUs, so 1,000 cu.ft. of gas is comparable to 1 MBTU. MBTU is occasionally expressed as MMBTU, which is intended to represent a thousand thousand BTUs. 1 MBTU = 1000 Cubic Ft. Hope you will be able to covert Cu Ft to sm3. Litre is used to express liquid volme not gas. ... I think it`s a HOLD for long term investors. However traders can sell and buy again at Rs 200 lower probably.
SBI has potential to go higher level. It is still trading just over half the valuation of end largest bank ICICI. I consider fair valuation shall be about 80% of ICICI considering the negatives from govt. control. On the other hand SBI got branch network at the remotest corner of India and private sector player will take ages to achieve some thing near that scale.... Tracked by: 0 Boarder The issue is fairly priced at par with Thomas Cook. Cox & King is not a new company and they are in business for past 250 years. With the rise of disposible income more and more indians will travel abroad on holiday. India tourism market offers good grouth potential for next 10 years. Therefore I think one should apply for the IPO....
