It seems to be getting bigger by the day. I find too many employees complaining about their low salaries. I do have a friend who works for Tech M and yesterday he called up to say that he is frustrated ,there is no job satisfaction and employees are unhappy.
I hope this message gets to the HR dept and they do something about it.

Dear Guest,
Having looked at the charts, TechM has consistently made lower top and lower bottom, but a strong support is seen at around 630 and resistance at around the level of 840.
For long term investors advice is, they should look forward only if it manages to stay over 840 for a week or so. Rally upto 1200 is possible in that case.
For short term traders, those who have entered at lower level, its time to book partial profit and hold the remaining if it manages to stay above 840.
One can even short this stock if it can not cross 840 barrier. A decline to a level 680 is quite possible in that case.
Hope this helps......

As a investor of TECH M, i am happy with their numbers. In a long run i am confident that the share price should appriciate very well.
For Guest: Not sure how it works in the UK, but if you/employee is US based, you can always complain to the DOL with all the evidence if you are being under paid. If the offer letter(LCA) states a higher number than what you are being paid then you can complain to DOL any time and make them pay. Make sure you have a copy of the I-129 form and LCA as evidence....

Not only this. Let the world know, how they suck their on-site employee by paying salary/allowance much below (alomst half) what they declare in the immigration petiton.
I think BT consulate is aware of it now. hence asking for break up. and now there is a internal cell working on the UK compliance issue.
When they eat up employees Variable pay and denying anual salary increments (by tagiing them D, and cheat them on their on-site sal/allowance, they suerly get enough to show as profit!!
This is nothing but \\`white collar sweat shop\\` or \\`Indian multi-natioanl Bodyshopper\\`.
No policy or intention to groom the workforce. Just use them like toilet paper.
I am sure this will last for ever. They will pay for it.

Dude, you seem to be a frustrated employee of TechM, unhappy with the pay hike. Why are you venting out your frustration on an investor forum under an anonymous identity? Go and do it on some blog site.
Your view anyway seems to be a highly biased one based on discussions with fellow employees, on the basis of which you have generalised pay scales for the entire population of 30000 employees.
What matters to investors is the Q1 results and the dividend that was recently paid out. Do you think the company makes profits of million pounds by holding back the variable pay of employees? that's a laugh.
If you are so bothered by the company's culture, why don't you try your luck outside and find out how the slump in IT sector has affected pay packets and pay hikes. No point in harping about your experience on a forum, which is about investments and money matters.
(Disclaimer: I am not an HR person of TechM)...

TechMahindra, at present, is the worst company to work in. A biased and partial favouring those who lick the ass of the seniors unlike TCS, Infy which has maintained standards and are performance based companies.
TechMahindra is in fashion of recruiting freshers with 2 years bond, using them and then throwing them.
The difference between pay scale of a fresher(2008) and 2 year experienced professional(2006) is 20k only.
Thus, the revenue and profit of the company grows by every quarter.

Looks like this guest is an employee of TechM company and so screwed up by pay hike. Mind you this situation is there in each n every IT company because of slow down of market. As an investor you have to bother are you getting right returns for the amount you have invested. If not better you opt out and invest in better company rather than showing personal grevieneces in this forum......

As a shareholder I ought to know each and every thing happening in company. If management is doing so much to employees how do you expect then to be very efficient and transperent to shareholders. It is showing to cover up the matter they can go to any extend (UK Visas) Definitely not at par with Infy management

Dear, Kindly desist from reporting about the Management. Mind you, like me you are also having a shareholding in the Company [I do not know whether you are a shareholder, for, you comment in almost all the companies wherever I invested, hence, as an investor I expect dividend from the company and profit can be achieved by utilizing optimum efficiency level of an employee. Once again I request not to speak about what is happening inside a Company, for, it is none of our business and Management is there to take care of the efficiency of the operation and to reward its shareholders. Write only about the results of the Company which is useful for one and all.
