IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the approval of the shareholders at their Annual General Meeting held on June 26, 2008, in which the issue of Bonus Shares was approved in the ratio of one equity share for every two shares held, the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 05, 2008, have allotted 13,262,407 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 132,624,070/- as fully paid-up Bonus Shares to those members / beneficial owners holding shares as on the Record Date i.e. July 29, 2008....
