After a huge rally in our market in last few years we need to consolidate and there are couple of macro indicators suggesting the economy is getting cooled off. Some of them are-

1. high interest rate.
2. relative higher oil prices.
3. US in recession.
4. Political scenerio in not great even after UPA's win.
5. Long term high inflation.
6. Relative higher fiscal defecits. and this will increase considering we are near election.
7. Consiquences of interest rate hike will factor in some time which will get worsen from there.
8. it's not oil rather it's a cyclical consiquences created by high inflation and continuous interest hikes since last one and a half year. which are going to be factor in the GDP now onwards.

It's the retail investor who are going to suffer. in this full downtrend. big investors invest in the market for both views whether it is a bull run or a bear run.
