Price : BSE: Rs 285.60 ( 3.24 % ), NSE: Rs. 285.70 ( 3.23 % )
now some of representative aproching door to door to the small invester's ressidence to get back the share.They have come to my house also. Their offer Rs.274/share is nothing but to cheat the share holders. It looks that they manuplated the price to offer at very low rate. Fundamentely very good company located on thane belapur road. Many industries from that belt sale the land & shifted plant/stop the plant & incashed by sales of land at very high price.Land value is nearly 10cr/Acare. BASF is also likely to follow the same hence planning to collect shares from poor share holders. Offer any thing below Rs.500/share is low offer & In my opinoion we should not sale the share to their low offer.
