Why SEBI does not take any action againt such companies?They have not sent any information
about co being merged with jamna auto,what is merger ratio!. Shares not getting changed into new shares even in demat a/c.They have changed registrar so we can not get any information from any sources.Sebi should take strict action against such co who cheat their shareholders.
