Dear Sir,
This response is one of your rare messages where you are kind of agreeing that some manipulation is going on in the oil prices. You always believe that market is big and no body can manipulate it ( Ofcourse your disciples like me too). So I am curious when Maestro says some thing fishy is happening in Oil market.
Typical reasons as any body knows for the oil rise are
• IRAN/Venezuela cutting the oil production
• Iran/ Venezuela cornering the ships/Tankers which carry the oil across the world . Though Oil is available supply chain is broken.
• Increased demand from emerging countries.
• Big 4 banks of America are playing the future market and jacking up oil prices to curtail the dollar fall
• Index institutional investors( Big pension fund kind of guys) moving to commodities.
Do you think above reasons are baseless and some other reasons are manipulating/causing the Oil price rise?
Arabs(Saudis) are friends of US and they dance as per US tune . Why are you saying this time they are playing their cards correctly? What exactly you mean? You have mentioned many times that ex –secretary Rubin’s manipulation game by rigging future market and bringing down the spot prices.Do you feel Oil futures are now rigged by Arabs ? Do you mean Mohammedan money is playing exactly in opposite way of Dow? Please give some light If Arabs have got the tricks now to play with oil futures then it is dangerous .I think it is very easy to manipulate Oil future with small amount of money. Arabs would go on jacking up Oil price whenever DOW tries to move up. . I doubt you have given any detailed messages on oil price rise specifically, though you have given substantial reasons across your messages for overall commodity price hike .
