Source: NSE - Gujarat Nre Coke Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 18, 2008 :- (1) The Board has recommended payment of Final Dividend @ 25% for the year 2007-08 subject to the approval of the members. (2) The agenda item on Rights issue was deferred by the Board. Date: 2008-07-18
