The left parties have given a list of MPs to the President who withdrew support to the UPA Governemnt at the Centre. That list contains the name of the Speaker of the Lok Sabha Sri. Somanath Chatterjee also, it is reported. Was it not very much improper to include his name in the list so long as he holds the post of the Speaker? He should have Resigned the post before giving his name in the MPs list who withdraws support. It was gross parliammntary imporoprity and disregard to the Parliamentary System to include his name before quitting the post of Speaker.
