It depends on how much time you are going to hold the stock.

But at CMP: 72/- you can invest for short term (1 or 2 months) target of Rs.90/- to Rs.99/-

Till month end management will meet to decide the Right issue price & announce the same. Get out on speculative up move before 1 day of announcement.

Take the best decision....

True.........but there is no guarantee that these dividend % will be maintained. Ofcourse, even if we assume a 50% cut, some of them still look good!!!...

There are lots of good quality stock which pays hefpty dividend.
Central bank pays Rs2/share which is trading Rs38.
Royal orchid pays Rs6/share which is trading at Rs46.
Indian hotel also pays similar dividend.
THese stock has steady growth and appreactiion in capital also.

donot forget varun shipping. contonuously pays very good dividend. last year paid 4.5 rs...

Hi, I have received ECS from JPAss yesterday. Just wondering if they declared any dividend along with the result. Based on my holding and the ECS received, it`s coming out to be 15% or Rs 0.30/share. Can anyone confirm this?

I bought 1100 shares of JP Associates at an average price of Rs 175.
It touched an all time low of aroud 50 Rs.
The company is in business of road constrution and energy.But can any body suggest me what should be done now?...

Jaiprakash Associates had touched an intraday high of Rs 87.60 and an intraday low of Rs 74.70. At 3:02 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 77.25, down Rs 7.6, or 8.96%. It was trading with volumes of 7,920,067 shares. Yesterday the share closed down 12.21% or Rs 11.80 at Rs 84.85.
