Ckoramaandel Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following :

1. The Board recommended 20% Dividend on annualized basis on the paid-up Capital of the Company for the accounting year ended on March 31, 2008.

2. The Board has approved the proposal for issue of 20,00,000 convertible Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a Premium of Rs 230/- each, convertible into equity shares at a Later date, on Preferential allotment basis to the Promoters and their Associates.
