after bonus stock price will get halved, is that right? then actually we need to hold till it increases considerably & then sell to make profit is that right?
For a medium term trader, it is better to sell the stock when its at its say 270+ on the speculation of AGM results......
is that right or i am wrong in understanding tht?

SEBI acts fast when it comes to destroying the shareholders value. SBEI never protects shareholders, but they are always acts for destroying the share holders capital.
If u r in small loss then exit small loss, profit can be recovered in stock market.
Otherwise stay away.
SEBI always takes action which hurts only shareholders.

In my opinion in the long term UCO bank is definitely better than IOB. In all important financial parameters be it PE ratio (perhaps lowest in the industry), profitability, and Book value vis a vis market price UCO Bank is superior stock and genuine investors should remain invested. We may not forget impending FPO as is reported in the media. Once crossed Rs.65 no looking back (?).

buy around 10000 @ 0.42 then buy another 10000 if it reaches below 0.40
You could keep it if you want to invest like me or if you plan to trade then get at around .55-.60 levels...

vm179210-SEBI should pass such order which protect value of innocent retail investors!!if promoters have done something wrong, then they should be punished by SEBI!!But not at the cost of innocent retail investors, who see their shares puchased from their hard earned moneys fall due to some action taken by SEBI!!SEBI"the watch dog"should protect investors and buy the stocks at the market prices when the order/notice is given!!

i feel its a wrong statement in blaming SEBI. we investor should be carefull & watchfull. from last three to four years, RBI was behind them to reduce stake. Then also investor invest.

Don`t book loss and wait. Only patient investors will reap benefit in the long run. Short term profit is by chance only. The share is a good one and open offer price will be approved soon by court for Rs.47 in all probability. So wait and wat...
