With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 29, 2008 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Bank of India has now informed BSE that the Bank has rescheduled the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) and the same shall be held on "October 23, 2008" instead on "October 24, 2008" as reported earlier....

Securities and Exchange Board of India today proposed allowing
entities like stock exchanges, depositories, clearing corporations, banks, and
insurance companies to hold a maximum of 15%, directly or indirectly, of the
paid up equity capital in a stock exchange.

Please contact the Share Registar Sharepro Services if you have not received the entire dividend amount. The Dividend Rate is 4/- per share. You should also check your holdings once again or ask the broker if you had bought the scrip recently.

Sir,
It is not good for intraday. But you can buy and keep it,as after 2 weeks it is going to surge upwards.
Today rather this week it will show poor performance. Better wait and watch . Any time lower prices become stagnant you can buy to book profit in coming weeks. Stock is good for coming weeks.
