Gangotri Iron - FY 08 results by Jun 30, 2008
Announcement: Gangotri Iron & Steel Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would be able to publish its Audited Financial Results by the end of June 2008 (i.e. within 3 months from the date of closure of accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008) and hence the Company is not publishing the unaudited results for the fourth quarter-ended March 31, 2008.
Its 2nd September and the results are still coming ...

With reference to earlier announcement dated June 23, 2008, Gangotri Iron & Steel Company Ltd has informed BSE that the impounded / seized documents, registers and computer hard discs have still not been released by the Income Tax Department. The Company is therefore still unable to publish the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008 and for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 within the due date.
What a shame.
The price of the share keeps going up and up and up....
