Merill Lynch held 3.92% of this companys shares. i guess they might have sold some of the stocks. But I guess the company is doing good and the shares might rebound....

Does someone have any information why this stock is constantly going down? Is there some thing wrong with company? Today inspite of overall market in green, it has shown a new 52 week low.
