am also optimistic about the company and added at 65-66 level. though its very near the bottom . but not to worry, its a investment with long term perspective.

High debt and FCCB are the only things , but all the stocks are taking a beating for one reason or the other , when the sentiments are so poor.

gayatri projects is taking a hit due to holdings by banks which got bust and IVRCL are taking a hit due to high FII holding.

many of the infra companies are now available at PE below 10 and even biggies has come to the range of below 15.

Yesterday, I heard Dr. Ahluwalia and he was very hopeful about infrastructure story for India going forward. It may of course take some time.
Now in this turmoil, so many shares will be 3 years low.

agreed long term it could give good returns.

the price is almost 3 years low. the counter has not seen these from i think 2006 onward. so i think this is the time , infra growth is bound to happen, although the benefits from the nuclear deal will takes its time to realise.

but still a good company, diversified player construction, infrastructure and realty.

Although realty is in downturn and till now lavasa sales is fine. but much depends on how it goes in coming time.

high debt is also a cause of concern.

Though it would take time, but this share in LT would be profitable.

I have bought HCC at 59.10 / share today. Please advice how good a stock is this and its fundamentals.Lot of talk going around that with the N-deal being signed specialised construction companies would be the major gainers. But here the share price is slipping like anything from 107 to 59 today.

HCC has high debt in its book and thats the only concern.

although the current value do suggest one bounce could happen. one should do the profit booking at that time....

One of the reasons is that HCC is the company constructing the flyover which collapsed in Lucknow yesterday. CNBC anchors have been saying that they don\\`t know the reasons for the scrip sliding today!

Stop looking at the scrip for 2 year.

Can`t suggest the target, but the problem with the scrip right now is the company is running on hugh loans & the debt equity has deteriorated, it has good expereince but risk is involved....
