Orbit Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30,2008 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 11, 2008) that the Company has successfully completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO), and listed its Equity Shares and Warrants on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) & National Stock Exchange (NSE) on April 12, 2007. On completion of IPO, the Company has allotted 91,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.110/- per share and 91,00,000 detachable warrants on April 03, 2007. Out of the proceeds of this IPO, utilisation of funds upto June 30, 2008 shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
