Hercules Hoists Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Special Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 25, 2008, the members of the Company gave its approval to sub-divide one equity share of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to 10 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each fully paid up. Hercules Hoists is an engineering co
it has very low capital base with appr 50 times networth,regular bonus paying co,regular high dividend,very good EPS
year on year n low debt co
It can be entered in n around 2000/share for MT-LT
can get 50%gains in one year
